Homemade Barbeque Sauce

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
4 teaspoons Spice Hound Onion Salt
4 teaspoons Spice Hound Paprika
4 teaspoons Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Spice Hound Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Spice Hound Seasoning Salt
1 tablespoon Spice Hound Cocoa
2/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
2/3 cup vinegar
4 8oz cans tomato sauce
4 cups water (or 3 cups water and 1 cup white wine)
2 cups ketchup
1 teaspoon Spice Hound Cayenne (40 or 90 heat) *optional*

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and simmer for 1 hour, or until it thickens.
